Its objective is to provide participants with an overview of the purpose and requirements of ISO 9001:2008 as a tool for business improvement.
If you plan to complete other ISO 9001:2008 training, such as internal auditing, auditor/lead auditor training or our internal QMS auditor training, this course teaches the knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001:2008 that underpin auditing skills.
The training comprises presentations, workshops and role-play exercises.
Please note: Participants are not expected to possess knowledge of auditing, quality management systems or ISO 9001:2008 before attending the course.
