SGS to exhibit at the world's largest cheese technology show in Milwaukee
SGS will be exhibiting at the International Cheese Technology Expo at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee, WI, April 17-19, 2018
Hosted by Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and the Center for Dairy Research (CDR), the International Cheese Tech Expo (ICTE) brings together over 3,500 cheese industry leaders, suppliers and marketers to share information about the latest in cheese technology, new products, whey opportunities, product safety, marketing and additional issues affecting the industry.
Organizers are aiming for greater diversity than ever at this year’s show having formed new partnerships with the U.S. Dairy Export Council, the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy and the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board.
Experts from SGS will be at Booth 1840, joining almost 300 companies in the event’s largest-ever exhibit hall to showcase the latest technology and services.

ICTE 2018 seminars will explore five main themes: challenges in global trade, pathogen control and food safety, cheese quality issues and solutions, growth opportunities in specialty cheese, and a focus on whey and dairy proteins.
Tom Vilsack, president and CEO of the U.S. Dairy Export Council, will lead the opening keynote address on Wednesday, April 18 at 8 am to discuss opportunities around the globe for U.S. dairy exports.
